Avoid Hiring During Mercury Retrogrades

I experienced this recently; trying to find and hire an employee during Mercury Retrograde. There were delays, missed correspondence, false information, and a multiple of other problems. Standard advice for Mercury Retrogrades is don’t hire or sign contracts during this time. I also suggest avoiding (if at all possible) any beginning or intermediate steps of these processes too.
