Those with an Aries Sun or Ascendant (also called rising sign) seem to be more prone to head injuries. I know very few that don’t have minor facial or head scars from a childhood accident. Transiting Mars, being the ruler of Aries, will often signify accidents. Case in point - while transiting Mars crossed my Aries Ascendant, I banged my head more in one week than I have in the last 2 years (Mars has a 2 year cycle).
