The New Moon in Libra (sun and moon conjunct in Libra) occurs on Thursday October 11, 2007.    For those of us on the West Coast, it actually occurs the day previous on the 10th.   The new moon is at 17 Libra.   Individuals with planets or points at this degree will feel this lunar phase the most.   This ought to be a very nice new moon, with a sextile to Jupiter and a trine to Neptune.  Good dreams, visions and happiness are sure to happen.
